About
ENGLISH SCHOOL is an educational English center that nurtures growth from as early as one year old and accompanies children through their developmental journey.
Our daily routine is conducted entirely in English, offering full immersion similar to a language school. This consistent exposure during the critical early years of language development allows children to acquire English naturally, intuitively, and spontaneously—until it becomes part of who they are.
We provide an alternative to traditional education, designed for families who wish to raise their children in an English-speaking environment.
Our mission is to cultivate strong communication skills, openness to diverse perspectives, and the confidence for self-expression—preparing children to navigate and contribute to a globalized world.
More than a language program, ENGLISH SCHOOL is a movement for change in Israeli education. We believe early language acquisition builds lasting fluency and bridges social gaps. Our inclusive approach welcomes families from all backgrounds and uses English as a unifying thread to connect children to a broader, international community.
Give your child a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and grow a new generation of English speakers here in the periphery!
Our Vision
Israeli Roots, English Wings
Our vision is to nurture a young generation that is curious, educated, and has a sense of capability to use English and integrate into the global world of the 21st century.
The kindergarten age is a key age for language acquisition known as the "language absorption age." Therefore, daily exposure to English in a natural and supportive kindergarten environment will allow children to acquire a solid foundation in the language.
English as a global language is important and provides access to many more opportunities in education, employment, and life in the future, which is why acquiring it early is crucial.
We are looking forward to growing an English community of students coming from diverse backgrounds where one of the main unifying element is the global way of communication - English language.
By providing an English language-based education from an early age, we aim to bring together children from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, united by their shared language of instruction. This diverse environment would not only facilitate English language acquisition but also promote understanding, respect, and appreciation for diversity.

Einav Goldman
I was born and raised in the Jezreel Valley, and my childhood dream was to bring to Afula the same opportunities that children growing up in central Israel had during my their childhood.
At ENGLISH SCHOOL, we strive to reduce social gaps and believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience, grow, succeed, withing social mobility and global horizons.
My name is Einav Goldman. I hold a B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education and an M.A. in Organizational Sociology, and I am an entrepreneur in the field of education. I lead a social-educational initiative dedicated to promoting natural English acquisition from birth, driven by a vision of raising a generation with global competence, self-confidence, and the ability to communicate internationally in a natural and authentic way.
We believe that acquiring English gives children a sense of capability and resilience — both personal and collective. A child who speaks English feels more connected to the world, more confident, and more open to opportunities, relationships, and communities in Israel and around the globe.
As a child, I grew up in a traditional home, and my main exposure to English came through songs on MTV — Madonna and Michael Jackson. For many years, I believed English was “a language of non-Jews (Goy),” and I experienced it as distant, foreign, and even disconnected from my Jewish-Israeli identity. Years later, through encounters with English-speaking Jewish communities in Israel and abroad, I discovered how language can become a bridge to connection, belonging, and identity, and so grew a big curiosity to English. However I felt this was a bit late, I was already much older and had accumulated significant gaps. I completed 12 years of schooling with a full certificate — but only 3 units in English with a very low mark. I carried a deep sense of failure that escorted me to every job that I was intreviewd for and in general.
After my military service, I traveled abroad — the typical Israeli path of self-discovery. I left with virtually no English. For the first time in my life, I truly heard how English was used, and for the first time I had a real and essential need to use it myself. For the first time, I discovered the language abilities that already existed within me. It was a powerful and transformative experience.
Over time, I realized that exposure to an English-speaking environment — is the one and only way that had produced practical results, not the 12 years of formal study.
When I returned to Israel, I enrolled in English Language and Literature studies. Since then, I have dedicated my work to advancing the Immersion Approach.
And if I, as an adult, was able to create such a transformation, imagine what children are capable of when they are at the natural age of absorption — open-minded, free of barriers, and without fear or inhibition.
This experience grew my desire to give children in Israel a natural closeness to English, exposing them to the language as a living, breathing, essential tool for communication — not at the expense of their local identity, but as part of a Jewish-Israeli identity that is connected to a global and international world.
Today, that dream is becoming a reality.
Through a daily routine immersed in English, we help children from infancy realize their natural ability to acquire language — at the right age, in the most intuitive and natural way possible.
