Sunday School – Terms and Policies
Enrollment in Sunday School is conditional upon reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully and confirm your consent at the end of the form.
1. Parent Declaration
1.1 The parents acknowledge that they have received information about the educational approach, daily routines, and nature of the program, and have found it suitable for their child.
1.2 The parents understand that the programme is conducted in English and that the focus is on a natural, experiential environment.
1.3 The parents acknowledge that this programme is a private educational framework that operates in addition to the child's regular educational setting and does not replace it.
1.4 The parents waive any future claim of unsuitability.
1.5 At the beginning of the year, if requested by the staff, one of the parents may be asked to remain with the child in the center to support a gradual adjustment.
1.6 Parents are solely responsible for dropping off and picking up their child each day.
1.7 Parents declare and confirm that their child is fully toilet trained.
2. Schedule and Holidays
2.1 Sunday School operates on Sundays or Mondays, from 8:30-15:30.
2.2 Activities follow the holiday calendar published on the center’s website.
2.3 The center reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or holiday dates as needed.
2.4 During Sukkot, Hanukkah, and Passover holidays, the center may operate with reduced staff, depending on the actual number of children present.
2.5 Parents commit to notifying the staff in advance about any planned extended absences, especially during holiday periods, to support staff planning.
3. Meals
3.1 The center provides breakfast and lunch for all children.
3.2 In cases of special dietary needs (allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions), parents will provide the necessary food items independently and at their own expense.
4. Health
4.1 Parents confirm that their child’s health allows full participation in the program.
4.2 It is strictly prohibited to bring a sick child to the center.
4.3 If the child becomes ill during the day, the parents agree to collect them as soon as possible.
4.4 In case of emergency, and at the discretion of the staff, the child will be transported for medical care.
4.5 Non-emergency transportation will be carried out by the parents upon immediate notice.
4.6 Any costs incurred as a result of medical evacuation or treatment will be the parents' responsibility.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1 The child’s health insurance is the sole responsibility of the parents through their HMC- Health Medical Center.
5.2 The center holds third-party liability insurance.
6. Communication with Parents
6.1 General updates, schedules, special activity notifications, and day-to-day communication will be shared through digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp or email).
6.2 Parents commit to staying informed and following updates on a regular basis.
7. Registration and Monthly Fees
7.1 Enrollment and reservation are subject to payment of the first month at the time of registration by credit card only. The payment may be divided into two insallments.This fee is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
7.2 Monthly fee: 1,600₪ for the Haifa branch. 1,400₪ for the Afula branch. Payment is made via standing order in 10 monthly installments, from the 1st to the 10th of each month.
7.3 Any additional activities requiring extra payment must be paid for in advance.
7.4 Monthly fees are due regardless of absences (including vacation, illness, or any other reason).
7.5 Enrollment requires a minimum commitment of three month.
7.6 In the event of a program closure due to circumstances beyond the school’s control (such as wartimes, pandemics, or external emergency regulations), no refunds will be issued for canceled sessions. We will do our best to offer alternative solutions whenever possible.
8. Program Duration and Termination
8.1 Parents acknowledge and accept that enrollment is for the entire school year.
8.2 Cancellation by the parents will only be possible after three full months of attendance. Cancellation does not entitle the parent to a refund of any kind, including registration fees.
8.3 The center reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation for any reason, immediately.
8.4 In the event of cancellation, the standing order will be canceled accordingly. In any case, registration fees will not be refunded.
